Need to Change/Delete Main Character on account

Hello. Here's the situation:

I registered under the toon name Marshmello several months back. She has since been deleted and I have a new main. However, I can't seem to find an option to switch mains, delete mains and I can't reregister b/c I have only the one email and it's in use with Marshmello's account. So... Can you help me either delete my account so I can reregister with same email but a different, existing character or assist in switching my main character to another one I created on the account and deleting the old main character?

Please confirm :

• Newly created account "Venomicity" will be deleted.
• Old account "Marshmello" will be renamed to "Venomicity"

And I will execute it for you ..

Once renamed, just [ Hide ] Marshmello in [ My Characters ] And create Venomicty from new.

Now, Marshmello still exists as character, but has taken the seat of an alt. As that character has a history it should not be deleted. Instead just hide it from your character list and it won't bother you again.
